Anybody know the part number for the backing plate of the vrs grill badge or where to get it.

I want to put my 1.4 badge on the grill:thumbup:

You can't buy just the backing plate. The badge and backing plate come as a set. The backing plate is also roughly the same size & shape as the badge so would probably stick out around the edges of the badge you want to put on..... unless you cut it down to size etc....

Not sure how much or part number though. The new Octy II vRS grille badge is around a tenner i think from the dealers so would have thought the normal fabia vRS grille badge would be about the same price.

Why is it fail.

It's not like im faking it by putting a vrs badge on a 1.4.

I probably wouldnt, but respect for not re-badging to a different model.

Id look for a badge on ebay. Maby even look up "Fabia breaking" and find someone whos breaking one.
