where can I get springs from?

Featured Replies

I want a set of -30mm lowering springs for my Mk1 Octavia vRS. Can't justofy £100s on coilovers so for now springs will have to suffice.

Any ideas on the best place to get them?:rotz:

(links would be helpful...)

Afaik you have two options H&R springs or Weitec which are both ok for the vrs. Quite a few places sell them i got mine from here- DPM Performance Online Store

.

Whatever ever you do dont get Eibach ones, no matter what any sales person tell you. Eibach have never made any springs suitable for use on the vRS, see the threads over the last few days regarding this.

simon at performance driven in taunton got some kws for my brother vrs mate. they dont list but he contacted kw direct

Did you get the H&R or Weitec?

Any way I have dealt with Damian at DPM & can't recommend enough:thumbup:

I've got Weitec springs fitted on my vRS . I bought them from Awesome.

They did lower it 30mm, but I found that the standard shocks weren't damped enough for the stiffer springs.
