Hi, to all !

At last after 3 months waiting I receive yesterday my Fabia RS !!!

I was surprissed, as it a Face Lift !!!

It was in manifacture from 12 august !

2 days and I have 800 km. :drive:

I drive Diesel for the first time and it was some dificult to me to became familar with gears at least on low gears

The power is amazing !!!

Today I did some snapshots to show you how is looking FS ....

Wot no vRS mats ? Different spec to UK cars ?

Hmm, it's quite difficult to spot the differences on the face lift with the vRS isn't it, save for the tail-lights and correctly sized vRS badge under the Fabia one.

Welcome to the club & have fun with it though!

vRS, the spec to UK is the same ...

The main difference is at the back lights ...

The Spec in dealers list was : Fabia RS FL

Nice car, bino! Surely Bulgarian spec - or are UK facelifted Fabias going to be LHD?

Only difference I can see is the rear lights which I have to admit are starting to grow on me now. Didn't like them at first. Nice pictures though and go enjoy.

I think this is the first FL vRS we have seen. One of the other topics a day ot two ago discussed whether the information panel between the speedo and tachometer was to be an 'al frumpy LED one, or one of the new funky LCD matrix type.

I think, there a no changes in Informational panel ...

I'll be glad to be a LCD matrix type, but no :(

hm ...

don't know - may be for the UK version ...

I signed the contract for the normal vRS in July, but as the all vRS in production in august were FL, I receive vRS FL (signed in delivery list) at the same price, as I signed the Original Contract ...

WHO WILL BE THE FIRST UK RECIPIENT OF A 2005MY vRS?

Aero wipers (or whatever they are called), LCD Matrix, new rear lamp clusters, etc, etc, etc.

No one has noticed the handbrake, is it retrimed to the same as the seats??

If this is the facelift vRS theni reckon mine is too, because it is exactly the same as mine, rear lights, front and interior.

Picked mine up on 3rd sept.....

In fact, looking again at others on this site, i reckon mine IS the facelift version. The rear lights are smooth, no indentations, and the vRS badge on rear is chunkier....

I think you'll find its the light shining on the lever that makes it look like that, I thought the same at first.

Are the wheels different? Or is it my imagination?

I cant say that I like those rear lights.

Nice rear lights. Does anyone with access to the Skoda parts list know how much they are? I think the handbrake colour is a trick of the light. Pity about the ride height though. Seems even higher! Looks more like a 4x4 than a sports hatch. Needs lowering Skoda!!

Apart from an allegedly different material from which the dashboard is made (not obvious from the photos) that's about it, as far as I can tell...
