just came back from dealer ,pull doorknob ,it can't automatically go back .pour lube ,but it is not working ,the dealer told me it is another common fault,really ???

Clip broken inside the handle I think. Something similar happened with my Mk4 Golf. Cheap fix if you know what you're doing otherwise probably needs a new handle
