You will need to remove the caliper mounting frame to get the front discs out - two bolts!

done that taken the small counter sunk screw out gave the disc a wack but does not want to come off do i undo the big allen key bolt what is in the centre or do i need to hit it somemore

Ah, sorry, I had forgotten about that, I seem to remember that I pre-epted this by taking them partially off when the car was almost new and "Copaslipping" all faces. Right maybe you now need to quietly hit down onto the "top hat" section all the way round and maybe spray some release oil at the point where the hub centre passes through the disc - remember to clean the hub end face before fitting the new disc on.
