I'm after part numbers and prices (or approximate prices) for the following bits for my 2002 Octy vRS

1) Outer Grille - the bit with the hole in it-

which IIRC you can get seperate to the chrome and black plastic bits?

2) Front and rear skoda badges (mine have gone blue!)

3) Wheel centre caps

The grille bit with the black slats is 1U0 853 653 A

The "Radiator grille frame" (outside frame which incorporates the other bits) which comes primed is 1U0 853 665 A

fairly sure thats the right number, as its the no. on the back of the ones i replaced on my vrs spiders the other day and yeah, 6.09 + vat each.

i still might be wrong like but i didn't use the part number when ordering and got the same ones.

ETKA parts system also confirms this number. The Elegance ones may fit the Vrs wheels and they maybe very very similar?

Martin, I replaced my old wheel centre badges (std VRS wheels) with new ones and can confirm your quoted part number 6U0 601 151 L is correct.

(The number is moulded on the inside face of the badge).

Sorry one more please, seeing as the grille is coming off anyway I thought it would be a good time to swap over my stone chipped vRS emblem on the front...

...so could anyone supply the part No. for A) the mk1 badge and the mk2, just incase I fancy a change :P

B/ Part No: 1Z0 853 679 A LAQ' (Black/Red/Green) £9 + vat (2009 MK2 VRS)

NB: These prices are a guide only and have prob' changed.

OK so tonight I removed the old grille to fit my new painted part and in my struggle to pull the thing apart I snapped the chrome inner part

Has anyone got easy acces to a part number for that bit please?

I have no idea why I'm still shocked at dealer prices but... £45 +VAT :eek:

This has rapidly become one of those jobs I wish I'd never started.

Think it was about £45 for the outer piece, £40 for painting, £13 new Skoda badge (old one had gone blue) now £52 for the chrome bit. £150 for something I barely noticed and lived with for the past 18 months anyway :( ah well...
