Went to alton towers this weekend and stayed at the hotel..now.... the idiots insist of having rocks at the end of each parking space and Ive been a nob a scraped my bumper. Any advice on best way to sand down and refinish please?

Where can I get a decent matching blue, and do I need to "lacquer" over the top?

I am completely naive to painting cars so please help!

you can buy a race blue touch up kit from your local dealer . They are not that expensive if i remember correctly mines was only £7 or £8 as i had to get one for stone chips ..
