Looks pretty good with the advertising lettering down the side - maybe Skoda should offer that as a no cost option ! :)

Or give a hefty discount for the extra advertising! Think the 'Superbish' headlight signature is a tad superflous and slightly OTT.

That one looks like one of the new colours - Aqua Blue? - nice.

About the only advertising I've seen for the face lifted Octavia! VW Golf and Audi only....

Some add's please Skoda on TV or in newspapers!

James.

I must admit when I first saw pics of the new Octy I wasn't keen, but it's grown on me and I saw one on the road for the first time the other day and it looked really good, it's almost got a slightly BMW-esque look to it IMHO (I only saw it from the front, it was coming the other way!).

Yeah, I definitely reckon a picture of a 3 series was referred to at some point in the facelift design process... simple, but effective update, works for me.

The only thing I dont really like about the exterior now is the stupid chrome "octavia" badging inside the headlights. I wonder if something could be done to loose it in some way. The interior has grown on me now and looks a little fresher than the old one. I wonder is the new dashpod would fit the old model.

You're surely not hankering after another dashpod change - are you never satisfied ?

Would look better if the lettering had been applied correctly - the door opening should be in the middle of the "t" :thumbdwn:
