Should a 2004 fabia vrs (orignal first model vRS) have one along with a warning light on the instrument cluster?

If so what could cause mine to no longer work?

I can't remember if its ever done it.

I don't think the fabia has a seatbelt warning for the front seats, (not sure about the models with the maxi dot though), but the only warning on my dash is the one when the rear seats are not back correctly?

Mine doesnt do the rear seats. What year is yours?
