Been lurking for a while but this is my first post (hope I've chosen the right forum). Anyway, I'm currently living in the USA but plan to return to the UK later this year. If possible, I'd like to arrange the purchase of an Octy Estate from an authorized Skoda dealer to coincide with my return. I doubt I can afford a brand new one (hopefully an '09 pre-facelift vRS CR TDi DSG), so I'm looking for a nearly-new used car which may complicate things in terms of getting close to the spec I would like. Also, I would be purchasing the car largely "sight unseen" apart from photos etc so I need a very trustworthy dealer and someone who would go that extra mile to help me with a slightly unconventional purchase and maybe search for a car with the right spec. etc.

So, according to the Skoda UK website, these 5 dealers pop-up as the nearest to Weymouth in Dorset. Can anyone recommend one of these to use for a used car purchase (looking at used Octy's on the Skoda site, Meadens in Lymington appear to be very competitive on price)? I'm also prepared to travel slightly farther afield to work with the right dealer that's not on this list.

I've just got a used Octy 2 from Westover last week, seems to be ok, got a little screwed on the p/x but the service from Westover was great, a problem with the aircon came to light but that's getting taken care off by them. I dealt with Chris there and a lass I work with got a Fabia from there the week before.

Not sure about the others, hope this helps.
