Janspeed in Salisbury? They can make you an exhaust, service your car and they were one of the first companies to offer turbo kits back in the day, so may be able to help there too. I'd ring them for a chat. They also have a rolling road.

There's bugger all tuning companies in the south though!

How about The Phirm in Farnham? Got a very good reputation.
