Kenda KR20 225/40 18's - any good ?

Featured Replies

Will be collecting some 18"ers for my VRS soon, and been having a look at tyre prices.

I don't drive like an ar5ehole, don't do track days, just normal, sensible, boring driving

Has anyone used the Kenda KR20s, and, if so, what sort of wear and grip did you get from them.

They are available on ebay for a bargain basement £189.99 with free delivery, and even free fitting if you can get to Macclesfield.

225/40-18 KENDA 88W 2254018 225 40 18 4 X NEW TYRES on eBay, also, Tyres, Car Wheels, Tyres Trims, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 29-Apr-09 23:42:13 BST)

Even if they do half the mileage of others they would make sense, unless they are so sh*te that they sling you off the road, or blow up without warning etc.

Any views would be very much appreciated.

No good for an estate as you need the higher load index tyres, correct tyre is a 225/40 18 92Y. I like Falken FK-452's and have had them on three different cars now - approx £80-£90 a corner fitted. Or Kuhmo KU31's at around the same price.

Well lad,

Those kenda's are Tits On A Bull !!!

How about sumet like Falken 452's from Camskill ??
