Whats the best poslish / live wax to use to get the car looking shiney.

Also what order do i put them on.

Collinite first then the polish vice versa

What colour is your car, As i use Colour specific wax's so it enhances the colour better.

Yes, its Clay, Oxidisation removal, Polish then wax. Thats the best way to bring up the paint by hand.

Wash the car first then clay it.

The clay removes all the cr4p from the paint work (ingrained dirt, tree sap road grime etc) areas like the lower part of the doors, around the nose etc. Once you have used the claying method, you will feel the difference in the paint work. It will feel like glass.

Rinse the car down after claying, or even wash again. Wipe the car down with a drying cloth and then it will be ready to polish and wax, enjoy

In that case, i suggest DoDo Juice Purple Haze, Here is the link to their site

Oxidisation removal, its what is use to remove the discoloration or bleeching from the sun, It also removes the left overs that the clay can'nt remove. I use it before polishing, as this give a very good base to start from.

can anyone recommend either the collinnite 476 or mag tech wax and a good polish aswell was looking at teh AG ultra deep shine.

The Collinite 476 is very durable and an excellent wax. Try Poorboys Black Hole for a polish.

I'd go with some of Autoglyms Super Resin Polish followed by the 476S...the SRP will fill/hide some swirls etc & the 476S is an extremely durable LSP.

If you're using the 476S outside I'd recommend doing a panel or two at a time, not the whole car as it can be a PITA to remove if left too long.

Sounds like you have bought wisely with the 476s as this is a great durable base on a range of colours........

I have had some experience of Poorboys Black Hole with some good results but I would strongly recommend something with a high content Carnuba for your 'show wax' on top of the Collinite which ideally needs to be finished off with something like my favourite Zaino Z8 or Megs Ulitimate Quik Detailer..........:P
