My dad has a 53 Octavia and the rear middle seatbelt has become stuck.

I've took the cover off and you can see the reel but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it.

I can't see any other way of getting in apart from pulling the back fabric off?

Any ideas?

I noticed that when the seat is not clipped back fully, the center belt seem to lock in place (happens when you put the seat down), might be worth checking if that is the case, might be an easy fix.

My Fabia seat belt stuck too. A light tap either side with a rubber hammer released whatever was locking the reel.
