Insuring two cars on one policy?

Featured Replies

Always wondered if this was possible. I have heared that some companies do this. In the future I do hope to have my vRS as a runabout and a fun car to use on special occasions but was worrying about having to pay more on a new policy as you can't use NCB on 2 policies.

So is it possible to have 2 cars one policy? If so how does it work and what companies do this. Also what do you guys do when it comes to insuring multiple cars?

Thanks in advance.

Admiral group do it.

Very few companies do this, but you just might get one.

How about open driven insurance ?

What's that?

ecarinsurance allow you to have up to 4 cars on one policy if you are over 25. Tradex also allow you to drive multiple cars but it's a bit more complicated than normal vehicle insurance.

i'm 23 and i have open insurance . It's a policy that allows you to drive any vehicle whether you own it or not. If you don't own the car , all you need it the owners consent to drive it.

This also allows anyone else to drive your car as long as they are the age required by your company and of course have your consent

I'm with AXA in Ireland .

How ever, we have a few jeeps at the house and my brother has them on open insurance that allows anyone over 22 to drive it which is handy becausethey are classed as commerical

Have a search around & see what you can come up with
