New Skoda Retailer

Featured Replies

Had a letter today from Skoda Auto Customer Service Centre informing me of a new Skoda Retailer:-

Darlingtons of Harlow

River Way

Harlow

CM20 2SN

Tel: 01279 773600 (Maybe a potential new site sponsor??);)

Also, I found out that Merritts (main dealer), Bicester Road, Aylesbury closed on 31s March this year.

NB: Can a moderator please do the necessary updates / moves for this info.

Thanks

Many thanks for that feedback. :) I have added Darlingtons of Harlow to the Reviews section along with Hughes Skoda of Aylesbury who are an approved repairer. Merritts' entry was deleted by me back in April. Have you found another entry listed under a different geographical area?

Your welcome :),

Ref your question, I had remembered seeing Merretts listed late last year, but have not seen them listed anywhere else since then.

However, Hughes Mercedes next to the old site (by F1 Autocentres) is now selling Skoda apparntly. However, when I went there last there was only a new Fabia2 of some sort with an adverisng sticker on. Nothing else except some older looking (part exchange) cars parked outside the old dealer ship.

My guess would be they don't want to 'tarnish' the image of Mercedes with a more realiable car.
