Im new hear but been using the site for a few weeks for information, im an avid member of mx5nutz as i used to own a JDM MX5 in white that was recently written off.

Anyhoo this is my mates 2005 vRS in black that we are going round Europe in on the modball european rally. We were originally going in my car but that since its now gone we had to rush to get the Furby modified enough.

Here's a few pics of how it looks now.

Its lowered on AP coilovers, rear adjusters have been removed so its as low as possible. Its also sitting on 7.5x16 Lenso BSX polished rim alloys, offset et26. Set of 4 Toyo T1r's 195/45/16 stretched over also.

Front grille has now been sprayed black and also the number plate plinth has been sprayed body coloured.

The engine has had a re map to around 165bhp and 290lbs torque and also fitted with a dump valve.

The rear lights will be tinted "all red" this weekend using lamin-x and LED bulbs, the front indicator bulbs have been changed to chrome, for that seamless look.

Interior remains pretty standard but trying to source a one off gearknob to set it off.

In the pipeline still is a one off graffiti bonnet for our european trip, pics will be put on with the bonnet at the weekend.

Pictures below show the car with the chrome grille still and still sitting a little higher, has since been dropped more.

but the wheels dont look good imo and makes the ride look really high if you go with the stretch tyre look it has to be on its **** imo or it loks daft.....

Modball Europe looks like a lot of fun, have a great time

I ummmed and arrred about Lenso's for my Furby for ages, and think they look good on there, it defo needs a serious slam and some spacers/camber shims on the back!

no the pictures dont show it at it's lowest, they were taken before, ill get some more shots at the weekend with it lowered, black grille and one off bonnet!

Looks very nice bud... I recently popped some LM split reps on mine. The run sounds like alot of fun... I may have to look into it myself.

Also you gotta get an ibiza cupra splitter for the front, they make all the difference.

he had one on it, but smashed it up on a speed bump whilst it was too low!

Had some more bits arrive this week. Dice gearknob, ive tinted his rear lights all red and also the bonnet is grafitti'd and ready to go!

We relocated the dump valve also, bit louder where it is and also bit more clearance around the rest of the pipework
