Maxidot/convenience mode

Featured Replies

Just been playing with the maxidot in my car and have notice a convenience option. You can choose from off, driver, passenger and rear I think. Anyone know what it does?

Thanks

Andy

Yes, thats to do with what doors unlock when you press the button on the fob. Drivers only, or all.

My idea is that these are the settings for enabling or disabling "one-touch" window opening/closing function

I also think it is to do with the electric windows, but it is which windows wind down if you hold down the unlock button on your keyfob and vice versa.

Should be the one touch opening and closing feature. You can choose whether it will only affect the driverswindow or all windows.

The closing and opening by remote is another listed option. As well as rainclosing and the anti hijack feature (locking the doors if driving over 15mph).
