hi ,octavia mk 2 elegance recently i had some one go into the back of me and cracked the rear bumper insurance removed the bumper and repaired.since then my boot keeps on opening everytime i go to close it ,it pings back open .when i do manage to close it i jump in the drivers door close the door, ping boot opens ! after 5 -6 goes it finally stays shut driving me mad . any ideas? thanks in advance

Take it back to the repairers and get to correct it.
