the tip where the n75 valve goes in is infact to large and will need to be re-done never the less i fitted it and just made the n75 hose slightly bigger to fit;)

stil need to fit the hoses from the coolant tank and the lower rad pipe and the re fill with coolant:D

the 3rd hose in the kit for the heater matrix i couldnt work out where it goes!!!!!!! i then found its replacement and its the power steering pipe whoops will have to apolagise to samce on that one i thought it was a coolant hose lol :o

that looks awesome mate!!!! well done.

just an idea, how about getting the secondary air pump hoses made up as well. just imagine the hose running across the front of the inlet manifold red as well!!!!!

yep lol i wont fit it as its not oil resistant so will perish due to the power steering fluid :P

ah didnt know that lol :ignore:

for some reason tho my engine bay looks diff... the black box on top of the coil packs isnt there....

could they not do the hoses too and from the header tank or you not fitted them yet???

they do mate will fit them n the morning with the lower rad pipe didnt have enough time before it was dark so back on it in the morning

to re check ll hoses and fit the last 3 fill with coolant put covers back on and go for a blast lol:D

where has you vacum box gone bypassed it have we??

dont know... was never there when i got the car???

Has someone done the N249 valve job by the looks of it then?

have a look and see if any of the hoses are disconnected off the 249 valve. or blocked off or something.

yep i thought it would be better to do it twice one for the engine in the front and the engine in the boot :P :D

not sure yet maybe glossy black maybe white maybe red really not sure :D

I found out the hard way, purchased another manufacturers hoses for my Golf 1.8T and they kept splitting, I will always pay that little extra for a quality top name. Samco in blue for me.

the kit will also include the powersteering pipe from resovoir to pump:D

the 2 prob with the tip are being resolved

mate it really is a must when i took the front mount off and the intake pipework i was amazed how much oil was in there ( **** loads) and that is going all over the turbo and lining the front mount so isnt as efficient....

now took the tip off which has been on for a few weeks and is clean as a whistle

and it works;)
