well top marks to ecu-evolution my car was runing 201 bhp and nm torque 280 now she is runing 261 bhp and nm torque 356 and it only cost me £195.so lets just say i'm am very .

Out of interset how does this compare to other Mk2 vrs remaps?

Seems like an incredibly strong remap, I think other guys are achieving 230-240bhp.

if that was accurate i would be extremely happy.

revo, apr and superchips can only hit that power with induction mods and exhaust and a stage 2 remap for a total cost of sround 1100-1400 pounds for all parts and remap

Question is which RR did the figures come from?

The only mods i have put on her is a k&n filter and forge dv.They use the same map that www.morebhp.com .

we are often dubious about the claims of companies and their remaps.There had been numerous threads about this in the past.

The companies stated outut for the remaps are normally abit exagerated compared to their actual output. Then there are the differences in rolling roads, some setups are just not accurate and exagerate results to a great degree.

It is highly unlikely that you have gained 261bhpfrom a stage 1 remap, it is much more likely that you are around the 230-240bhp area, which is the norm for a stage 1 remap with just Panel filter.

However 30-40bhp is a large sum over standard and the resulting difference in the drive is fantastic, probably the best value mod that money will get you.

this RR has a good reputation for being accurate.

Ultimately though how does your car feel to drive now. I loved it when i first did mine, the problem is youget used to it and want more very quickly:O

so were is the best rr in wales to take her to see what she is putting out then.
