quiksilver_jake, I guess if they're not available it would be way easier and cheaper to go to some local vinyl shop and ask to make something like that.

Here's some images of the process:

It turns out to be a good idea to fit both pillars (front and rear) before sticking corners instead of fitting first one, fixing it and go to the second one, as in this way you won't have a chance to straighten things up if they're fitted wrong.

So I've placed corner under seals like that (didn't cut anything):
