Brake Servo - Will an R32 one fit the VRS

Featured Replies

Hello

Once again i find myself needing more help with regards to my brake problem.

But hopefully a nice quick one.

Can anyone confirm or deny wether an R32 brake servo will fit the VRS or if their are problems?

Kind Regards

Garry

I think you are secretly turning your vRS into an R32, piece by piece :D

They have the same part no's on VAG-Cat but the part number is slightly different depending on whether it's got ESP or not.

Excellent thanks for the info. So as my car does not have ESP, would i be correct in saying that if the doner R32 does not have ESP it would be the same?

Fatty - Sure have :) He bought a high milage R32 to use as a base for a project he is doing. Engine, interior and 4wd system in a MK1 Gti :D So he has lots of spares. Anyone fancy a R32 front ARB?

Kind Regards

Garry

Yep, they should be the same but check the part numbers on both just in case. I would have thought the R32 does have ESP though as it was the top model in the Mk4 Golf range.
