we use millers xss 10/40 semi at work so i have access to it at a very cheap rate just wondering if it'll be ok to use it?

i always change the oil and filter in my cars 5k or 6 months max.

Yeah it will be fine. 10w/ 40 or fully synth is fine.

its fine for short changes like 5 to 6k

Or even 10k

can't remember the last time i left 10k between oil changes! Thanks for the replies i'll get it done next week.
