215/35/18 Alloys on Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

I've got some KEI lightweight wheels, offset is 42.

Would they fit straight on or would they start rubbing? Just need to make sure before I get them refurbished in white.

I undestand the speedo will be out, it's not very accurate anyway (according to SatNav) ... guess larger wheels would make it spot on to actual speed? (speedo currently under-reads)

4 stud.

They wont rub with that tyre size though unless you have lowerage.

Except stock 16" wheels use 205/45 which will narrow that gap considerably.

You can run 18" wheels with a 25mm drop on Eibachs no problem, and the speedo will be spot on. My Fabia was bang on all the way to 130 mph with the sat nav on 18's.

An excuse for a picture.....

Well....the shopping car as I referred to it yes. Running a modest 170 ish bhp back then, and on its first engine.
