Featured Replies

Finally after using some rad dye, it stood out a mile.

Fabia 2005

part 6 on the diagram.

Costing me £44 for the new pipes and seals.

Well done.

Cool. Any idea why it failed?

There was a tiny crack near the weld where the two pipes are held together.

Has been driving me crazy. My street was illuminous before where I emptied the system and flushed it out.

How much g12 coolant do I need now to fill back up?

3 litres should do it at a 50/50 mix with water.

Old thread alert! However I have this issue, did you notice it leaking INSIDE the car also? Was the carpet wet on the passenger side or anything? Not sure if it would do if a dash etc was in.

However im loosing coolant left right and centre, looking at your picture it seems dead on what I can see, but mine is also leaking inside the car, not just out!

How did you fix it? Case of ramps and new parts? and elbow grease?
