I'm referring to the forthcoming powerplant for the BlueMotion variant of the new 2009 Golf.

It appears to offer similar performance to the 1.9 PD diesel in the Octavia, but much better fuel economy and lower emsissions thus making it UK VED exempt. Is this engine ever likely to appear in any Skoda models?
