I've been & had the checks done & their vedict is the valve stem oil seals.

They did the cylinder leakage test & they are all spot on & well under the tolerances.

They then inspected the turbo & they said It was all spot on too. No play whatsoever & no signs of oil leaking. No oil In the boost circuit or in the intake. They then checked the breather system & no blockages or problems.

They didn't totaly rule out the turbo though as they have told me that before the head Is taken apart to take the turbo manifold off, If there Is no oil In the manifold near the head then It could still be the turbo, but they told me the most likely cause Is the valve stem oil seals with the symptoms It has shown.

mine does the same mate smokes like hell when the engine is warm and ticking over. rev it a few times or give it a run soon clears and like i said,let it tick over for 2-3miniuts starts smoking again. ive bin told its the turbo seals but not sure? hope some1 could get back 2 me with some advice:

mine does exactly the same. mine deffo turbo oil in pipes
