got my car booked in at skoda tomorrow to get put on the computer . ive been having the 17705 problem and my car is being a bitch these past week or two . revs going up and down again , pulling and not pulling when you put your foot down . im hoping they can find out the problem .

charging me £45 and they say it will take an hour and half to do . fingers crossed !

have you tried to clean the throttle body???

why not get some one to use vagcom will save you the money??

as this isnt something they will find straight away its a process of elimination and will end up costing you a small fortune !!!!!!

i would try cleaning throtlle and then Maf and ask someone close to vag com it for you...

ive cleaned the throttle body twice , first time it worked , the second time no joy . ive put the standard DV back on , it pulled better but still no joy .

ive had all the pipes taken off and check and re-seeled back on .

im guess its the N75 or i was also think it could be the MAF but my money is on N75 .

well just got back from skoda and alittle pleased too ! i droped my car off and give them my details and they asked what the problem is . told them and the mechanic said sounds like turbo .

left it with them and had a walk into donny and went back hour n half later . moment off true , they told me they found the fault in the memory - turbo charger throttle valve

they told me to change the Pressure hose and Air intake temp sensor , at least it wasn't the turbo

if the problem re-occurs after this , it will require a new throttle body and a system clean at £225

ive ordered the top two parts they are coming tuesday so me and my dad are going to fit them and take it to my dads mate in armthrope to clean the faults and see how i go . fingers cross !
