anybody got any ideas on how to sort the ' flat spot' at between 1500 and 2000 revs on a 2007 vrs. the dealer reckons it can't be cured, only happens at low speed in town.

Use the search mate, use the words BLT stutter and you should find loads of info - I had mine cured by a Skoda dealer under warranty.

EGR gaskets need changing under warranty - if you moan enough
