hi there im thinking of getting my oki remapped and just wondered if anyone has had any expierience with economy tuning? :confused: any help would be appreciated

hi mate a re map is the way to go , it totally transforms the car , its your right foot then that controls the economy of it i get a few more mpg over standard if i dont drive with my metal right boot on, all the best , just make sure you get a good re map there is lots to choose from

also i am wondering if it essential to fit a dump valve ?

If your talking about an uprated DV, such as Bailey DV30 or Forge 007, then yes as the OEM one is prone to failure.

Some stay with the OEM one without problems.

I kept the OEM one on, i have both but prefer the OEM. It depends on what boost you run with the new map.
