Can anyone help me tidy this image up?

Looking at a tattoo with the attached, however cant blow up to print to check sizes etc as it's just too fuzzy.

Want to keep the shadow, but simply tidy it up to print to a max of 4" (more like 2 or 3") and remove the yellow eyes, but I have zero art tallent, and dont have any art tools on the PC.

I have 2 versions, not sure which is best to tidy as both poor quality, and a net search doesnt show any other versions :(

Can any of you kind people help me out?

Best I can do - took 40 mins so I'll have your number for when car needs valeting :P

Cleaned it up, smoothed it out, and on and on.............
