Was looking over on Edition38 after the show and found that while we were waiting for the Show and Shine winner's to be announced my own, very own 'Detailing Buddy' was papped front and rear, how rude:

(That's me in the Pink top and Black Cap........;))

Cracking day and cracking motors, nice to have the Mrs there as well..........:D

LOL at that guy's sly photography skills. Who took the second one, that guy behind the black mk iv in the first one? Shocking! BTW, love how you boost traffic to your threads by subtly dropping "detailing buddy" in the titles. :D

Brilliant pictures Simon.

Is "detailing buddy" a member on Briskoda? I'm sure she is good for Business! (Please don't take that the wrong way!)

Nice pics, shocking how you failed to get a better picture of detailing buddy...lol

Great pitures there, thanks for sharing

I was meant to be at this show, but I couldn't get any more time off work ... thought about going down for the day  but I had a weekend away so still couldn't make it :(

Hopefullly next year :)

nice pics and lovely motors! Just what exactly was the intention of the pic of the brown mk4 golf? the paint work or the reflections

Very nice

She isn't but she could be, why you want to boost up the hits on here or something? I took plenty of pics of her from this weekend's details?

Hopefully get mine back from the bodyshop this week, ready for Ginters, so hopefully I might challenge his car a little...

Didn't realise so many Skods where going to DC09, otherwise I would of taken it into the show!

Good luck with that then mate, I didn't rate GTI International last year so I have decided to get some work done instead........

There were a few to be fair, just a shame that there wasn't a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Skoda class as was the case with others.........:thumbdwn:

Yes, does still annoy me a bit in 'Volkswagen Group' concours type events, that the Skoda addition is a bit of an after thought. A bit more work to be done for us to become 'equals' with VW/Audi/Seat me thinks :rubchin:

Well I guess from the organisers point of view they didn't want to waste money on trophies for not enough motor's to turn up. The organiser's had posted up on here about the show and literally I think 2 or 3 or us said we were going..........:o

There were enough Skoda's there on the day but as always there could be more..........

Was just on DW having a browse about waxes for white cars, as I have just spent 4 hours after work cleaning and claying my mums white fiat 500 when I saw a few of your threads, is your "detailing buddy" not blonde lol :P

Saw the Fiat mate and it looks like a good job, wax wise I would go with something like Zaino or Collinite 845.........

Your getting a little mixed up mate, the blonde one is my previous girlfriend who was known as the 'little helper' and now I am with someone else who has dark hair and is known as the 'detaling buddy'...............

Unfortunately I have had my last detail deleted off DW..........:thumbdwn:

My bad :D

Cheers for the advice on the wax ill look out for some when ive sorted my own car out lol.

Dared I ask how you got your detail deleted?

Yeah, what happened on DW mate?
