Hi I'm looking to finally getting an Octavia VRS after wanting one for a long time, passing the Vectra down to the wife. We have a baby on the way so it'll have to be the estate.

Budget is about 6k 'ish so I think I'm looking at a Mk I or a high miler MkII any thoughts on this?

Thinking I'd like to get it re-mapped straight away but not sure where or how far to go, I'm based in Windsor, again some advice on what to go for and where would be much appreciated.

One piece of advice that is not in the guide: Do not let the wife drive the Octy, or you'll be back in the old V*ctr@ again! I have driven both cars over the same several hours and all types of roads test route, and know!
