huck,

I am now the proud owner of 2 ign. coils, they weren`t very happy about letting go of both coils, i had to use all of my charm, gentle persuasion and a baseball bat to prise them away. Anyway their all ours. :D

I dunno guys, there you go fuelling the problem of a shortage of coilpacks

Soon the dealers will cotton on to the supply and demand theory and raise the price :D

OOPs just found a spare one in my boot

I want a beer sign

BTW, overt favouritism involving the Briskoda Three (to use the police way of naming groups of suspects) carries with it the danger of alienating you from other funding members. Take care out there, as they say on Hill Street Blues.[/quote:e30583ed60]

des-de-moaner to you!.............sorry Des-de-moanerto you

Don`t dis the Briskoda Three,

god (sorry) God it`s like being back at school. :(

hey des, good speaking with you.

superb on the old coil pack hunting expedition, i'll square up with you at the meet.

regards,

Checked with my dealer darn sarth and they keep six in stock. Took a peak and they are all type "J". If anyone wants one urgently let me know.

Having changed one last week on my RS they said if another goes they might change the rest to "J"s, although there is no service recall as yet.

For the urgent attention of the Briskoda Three

We appear to have a new member - berti von smallhausen (an alias for delcac?) - who is using DOH! as his nickname. I can see great confusion in allowing this. On the one hand DOH! will probably think that many of the monosyllabic posts in the forums are addressed to him personally, thus inflating his ego, while on the other hand habitual users of DOH! may feel inhibited - and that surely is the last thing we want on this site. Perhaps DOH! could be invited to call himself John Doe? (If it is delcac in disguise, don't forget to have a solicitor vet any proposals you may put to him).

Vos is dis DELCAC I have been associated vis.

yeeha!

courtesy of des, i am now in possession of a 'J' suffix coil and can rest a little easier in my bed tonight! great peace of mind :D

does anyone know the skoda partnumber for the coilpacks?

I was just about to lambaste you lot for dribbling at the mouth because you found a coil pack for your car - then all of a sudden I realised I was writing this Part Number 06b905115H (update J)

Now go to bed you bunch of losers............. :(

Did studioman go on the Northern Meet at the weekend and get left behind/lost, or am I misreading his post?

No, I never have been to a meet yet - 'cos no-one south of Woolver'ampteeen, seems to own an RS!!!

Cheers

S Man

delcac does, or maybe just bits of one including a coil pack(!), and he comes from sarf of the Thames which is somewhere sarf of the Midlands. He's famous on this forum, so I'm sure you've heard of him.
