Urgent! Remote Locking Install!

Bought one of those Rclick RE60 kits and followed the retrofit install instructions as posted on this forum by Jon, however it's all installed as described.

I have a 1999 Octavia GLX TDi

Pin 2 and Pin 4 on the 23 pin connector under the dash board which plugs into a small black box on my car must be different.

When I hit lock or unlock, the indicators flash like they are supposed to but no noises from the locking motors instead the windscreen wipers jolt twice as they would if you applied the current to the locking motors!

It's definately Pin 2 and Pin 4 I wired them to I checked the numbering on the blue VAG connector!

Any ideas, I need help quickly as I want to put my car back together ideally today!

Also any idea where the wires for the window roll up and down go? Green one I believe.
