Cars being making some dodgy creaky noises recently over bumps, pretty sure its the powerflex arb bushes on teh front... need to get it back to ali at some point for relubrification

I assure you its not me and missus going at it (lasts too long for that ). jumped up and down on the front, do it from either side and its fine though!

White spray grease with PTFE mate. Protects the bushes from the elements as well. Comma spray about £3 from factors. Last ages.

Last weekend I absolutely drowned them in ptfe spray (as i used on the back to kill the creaking), made pretty much zero difference. Its kinda hard to get it inside though as they're so tight to the arb and clasp
