I've fitted an aftermarket headunit into my car however since installed I have the airbag light on the dash which doesn't dissapear!

I don't want the dealers to charge me if it was my fault by changing the headunit.

Is there a way or a switch that I've nudged somewhere to reset it?

I did remove the glove compartment if this makes any difference.

Check to make sure the orange cable (illumination) on the headunit doesn't line up with any other cable on the loom (you didntmention what make of stereo you fitted), if it does cut it so it aint connected to the car loom. Some cars with the Cab-bus system's - the can-bus feed lines up with this connector and sends fault codes mental! I work at Halfords and i've had loads of things like this inc one car which even refused to start until i cut the orange cable! Only cut it on the stereo loom, not the car section!

I fitted a Pioneer P4000DVD.. humm.. I really don't want to pull out that for the 5th time! takes ages to get it to fit back (double din) :(

Pretty sure this isn't on the Fabia I though.

The K line on the loom needs to be isolated, Better do it before you take to the dealers, Apparently VAS isn't too happy when there's power in the K line.
