I filled up with optimax! Managing around 38.9mpg today!

Did a run from Goole to London, on optimax, got 38.6 MPG averaging 73 mph, did a run to Plymouth from London on normal unleaded and it used the whole tank!

Boyced, glad you finally got your vRS and are happy with it, the water running of the hatch is a pain in the **** but I will just have to put up with opening up half way first, as for fuel I am not to bothered as work pays so I want the best performing unleaded not best MPG.

I am very happy with mine even though its well past running in stage already (3 weeks old), Son's in Bristol Childrens Hospital at the mo :( so lots of up and down the M4
