Before you spray you can remove the small chrome section and sticky white carpet.

I applied two/three coats to mine, let it stand for 24 hours then (the tricky part) put the still tacky carpet back in, get this wrong and you'll have to respray as it lifts any black paint if you stick it down in the wrong place.

Can't say but my Raybans are a tight fit, even if they don't you can still get away with it, as the glasses holder is damped to return back to its original position it should clamp any glasses in position even if they don't quite fit the holder.
