Pirelli Pzero Rosso

Featured Replies

Has anyone had any experience of them?

Micheldever quoted me

I put them on the front when mine needed replacing. Been on for about 1500 miles now.

Grip really well - traction light seems to come on less so i guess they must be grippier! (technical I know!)

My biggest complaint though..... Micheldever 'balanced' them when they put them on the car but it was almost undrivable while under acceleration due to wheel shake. Had it balanced again by a local Kwik Fit - bettter but even after 2 garages balanced the tyres i still get steering wheel shake. I'm going to have to take it somewhere a third time now.... Don't know if it's the tyres directly - all i know is it was PERFECT before i had them fitted.....

I think i'll get them rebalanced again and then put on the backs - get something else for the fronts.

Jon is a bit of an authority on tyres - i beleive he needs to replace them evey 1000 miles ;)

Sorry Dave,

did you have Pirelli Rossos put on?

As these are asymmetrical they can only be put on wheel one way i.e. there's a specific inside and outside side. Not sure what the outcome would be if this wasn't the case.

Used Micheldever before (not for the RS though) and had no problems. Have to make sure you get there at opening time though or you'll be there all day queing.

Cheers.

Adrian.

I was dead chuffed with the deal on my four new Marshall Racing 205/40 R17's. Through my compnay, who have an account with ATS, I got the four for

errr yes sorry i didn't say did i! Yes i did put Rosso's on the front.

I've used Micheldever about 7-8 times now with no problems before. But this last time was not satisfactory at all.....
