i believe its pretty much trail and error to see what works for each particular person and car due to to style and weight of the car.

i belive its clockwise to stiffen and anti to soften

the rears are behind a cover plate on the lowest part of the shock where it bots to the wishbone. well it is on the rear when i saw beretta get his done.
