Hi guys,

I am new in this forum, I have a Fabia 2004 with auto tranny 1.4 benzine engine. 60.000km on it.

If i give full gas in the autobann after 4000 rpm suddenly cut the fuel en rev drop to 0 and again 4000 rpm. car doesn't stop. There are no warnings on error lights.

can someone know what is the problem?

Fuel filter?

throttle body?

or ignition problems?

Fuel pump relay?

Sounds like it's hitting the rev limiter. Fault code scan in order as it could be fuel or ignition problem.

what is the maximum rev limit? 4000 rpm or 4.500 is my maximum rev.
