I took a look at some of your links in your other post regarding components, but couldnt spot the touchscreen tft's at that sorta price, only

Might of been 200-250 then...I got mine from the guy in the link at a discount for being one of the first to take items from him

I do tend to round things down, easier to think back without pancing about buying food next week.

Ebay might be an option, although alot were coming in from hongkong.

There are a few makes, try www.cartft.com depending on the exchange rate, which Iguess is worse now than last year for imports.
