Looking at a 2005 Fabia vrs, it has done 57,000 miles so cambelt will need doing now. How much do you think I can get off the price because it needs doing? Cambelt, auxiliary belt and water pump right? It is on for £5495 with 4 new tyres. Any advice? Cheers, Stan

The cambelt will cost around £350 with a new metal impellar water pump so you could knock this off for starters.

Offer £5000 maybe? nice round figure . . .

yup i'd say the work is around £400 on its own but £5000 is a nice figure to aim for
