Skoda sat nav suppliers please

Featured Replies

Please could you all post links to sat nav suppliers that fit directly into the Octavia without any modifications, or add on equipmet

I need radio ,sat nav, and blue tooth, anything else will be a bonus

I should think about the only one that will plug straight in without any modifications is the Columbus/MFD3, but then you'll need to add bluetooth, which doesn't come cheap apparently.

Look on the ICE forum for suggestions on ebay sellers for them.

As you've found out, going for the cheaper options is false economy.

I forgot it would need to work with can bus as well as I don't want to sit with the ignition on

I just bought a Columbus from Ebay, it ticks all the boxes you mention (with the add on phone kit)

Is there any other makes that are not OME that have what I require

For that price your edging toward genuine Columbus territory. I'd find the extra cash and go for the genuine article - I did!

Strikes me that you've already wasted time, effort and money faffing about with the cheap junk. I think you should stump up the £550 and just get another Columbus. This time from ebay, not some dodgy bloke down the rank / pub.
