I have just been sold a new 2007 (OK used but new to me) Octavia Laurin & Klement to replace my 2008 Fabia 3.

Before I take delivery I am going to ask the dealer to activate the 'anti hijack' locking, as I had this done on my Fabia and like it (while I appreciate other don't, it suits me).

Are there any other changes with VAG-COM I should ask the dealer to do before I take delivery, as I dont have VAG-COM and don't know anyone locally who does.

What would you ask them to do??

On L&K you can do this yourself via maxidot

Really??!!! I knew the maxidot in the Octavia made the one in my Fabia look rubbish in comparison, but didnt realise quite how much difference there was.

Cant wait to get my grubby mitts on it.
