Can anyone tell me if an ECU can be removed from a breaking car and reprogramed and installed into my car or is there no option but buy the standard VAG new Part (£900)

sure it can be. you must have just same par number like your old ECU and know PINs to old and new ECU (if not, u need somebody, who khow, how to read it)

after it replace ECU´s and via sw like supervag or same do adaptation

Can you tell me if you need the pin no's etc before connecting the used ecu or can I save the data from the old one then connect the used ecu search the deatails on VAG COM the proceed as per the link above??

You'll need the PIN for both unfortunately.

So basicly before you buy a used ecu you must be sure that the seller has the pin's or give me access to the breaking car and pull/save the data before removing the ecu from the donor car.

How do I get the Pin's I have been told VAg Cpm does not provide this only the Vin No's.

pins are only available online from skoda with dealer equipment

Not necessarily, they can be extracted from the ECU with the correct tools. EDC16 immobiliser defeat is also available which is another option.
