My TDi 110 estate is now on 119,000 miles so is shortly in need of a very major (i.e expensive) service. Can anyone recommend a garage (probably independent) in the Hampshire area, preferably near Southampton.

I've become a bit of a regular visitor to JKM. I really rate them. I don't use them for my servicing but that's only because my mate is a mechanic but anything slightly more specialised and it goes to JKM.

Agree JKM are a good bet.

In Chandlers Ford. theres a VAG specialist called Monks. Serviced my Audi for years, did a great job. They'll be servicing my Skoda.
