Got an 04 vRS lowered 40mm all round, all polly bushes.

Currently run 205/40/17 with the octy vRS alloys.

My question is, can i fit 215/40/17 tyres without scrubbing?

Want a slightly bigger profile as the slightest bump in the road is a loud bang as though there's no air in them, but i check the pressures all the time and they're fine.

Yes you can. I run 215/40/17's on the same ET of wheel and fairly low with no issues.
